What happens to your information on unclesystems.com: almost nothing, and where something does happen, it is named here.
Last updated 2 October 2026. Version 2.0: rewritten to cover this website only.
01. Who this covers
This policy covers unclesystems.com, the website of Uncle Systems, trading as unclesystems. It covers reading the site, the contact form at /start and the booking page at /book.
02. Reading the site
This site serves no advertising, runs no analytics and sets no cookies. If you switch between the light and dark theme, that choice is saved in your own browser and never sent to us. The site is hosted on Vercel, which, like every web host, processes the technical details of each request (such as your IP address) to deliver the page.
03. Things the site loads from other companies
Two parts of the site load something from another company, and that company receives the standard details of your request, including your IP address:
- The workflow canvases on the Projects page are drawn by n8n's own preview service, loaded in a frame.
- The form and booking pages load their typeface from Google Fonts.
Neither is used by us to identify or track you.
04. The contact form
The form at /start asks for four things: your name, your company or website, your email address, and a description of the task you want automated. Nothing else is collected, and there are no hidden fields.
What we do with it: reply to you, and keep a record so the conversation makes sense later. There is no mailing list and no sequence, and nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
Three companies handle it on the way:
- Anthropic: what you typed is sent to a Claude model, which drafts the reply. It is not used to train anything.
- Resend delivers that email.
- HubSpot stores your name, contact details and a copy of what you sent, so there is one record of who asked what.
The reply you get is drafted by that model and sent automatically, within seconds, and the email says so. A person reads it afterwards, and the reply to your reply is written by hand.
05. The booking page
The booking page at /book embeds Calendly. Anything you enter to book a call goes to Calendly under its own privacy policy, and Calendly sets its own cookies inside that embed. It is the only place on this site where cookies are set, which is why booking lives on its own page. If you arrive there from the form, your name and email are passed across so you do not have to type them twice.
06. How long it is kept
What you send through the form is kept until you ask for it to be removed. Ask through the contact form, or reply to the email you received, and it is deleted from the CRM, with no questions and no waiting period.
07. Sharing
We do not sell your information and do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. The only companies involved are the ones named on this page, and they handle it to do their part of the job. If we are ever legally required to disclose something, we will tell you unless the law forbids it.
08. Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the contact form or reply to any email from us.
09. Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
11. Contact
Operator: Uncle Systems. Contact: the contact form at /start. Location: Philippines, GMT+8. Response time: within 5 working days.
